Where We Ship
At this time, we ship only within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states).
We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international locations.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping Carriers
We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier and service level may vary depending on your location and the size or type of your order.
Weather & Temperature Considerations
Many of our products are handcrafted and may be sensitive to extreme temperatures during transit.
While we take care in packaging every order, please note:
We cannot be held responsible for melting, warping, freezing, cracking, or other changes caused by extreme heat, cold, humidity, or severe weather conditions during shipping.
Weather-related delays or exposure are outside of our control once a package has been handed off to the carrier.
For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for items affected by extreme weather during transit.
We recommend checking your tracking information and bringing your package indoors as soon as it arrives.
Delivery Responsibility
Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
