Eligibility & Use of Website
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or using the site with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to use this site for lawful purposes only and not in a way that could harm, disrupt, or interfere with its operation.
Products & Handmade Variations
All products offered by RAW Scents are handcrafted. As a result, natural variations in color, texture, size, weight, or appearance may occur and are considered normal characteristics of handmade goods, not defects.
Product descriptions and information are provided for general informational purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
Orders, Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, inventory limitations, or suspected fraud.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship only within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).
Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, delivery timing, handling, and conditions are outside of our control. Please review our Shipping Policy for full details.
Weather & Temperature Disclaimer
Due to the nature of handcrafted products, RAW Scents is not responsible for damage, melting, warping, cracking, or other changes caused by extreme heat, cold, humidity, or severe weather conditions during transit.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with shipping temperature-sensitive products.
Returns & Refunds
Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final. Due to hygiene and safety considerations, we do not accept returns on used or opened products.
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe so we may review the issue. Refunds or replacements are not provided for weather-related damage, shipping delays, or carrier-related issues beyond our control.
Product Use & Allergies
Our products may contain fragrance oils, essential oils, or natural ingredients that could cause sensitivities in some individuals. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and performing a patch test prior to use.
RAW Scents is not liable for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or improper use of products.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Texas law, RAW Scents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RAW Scents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of our products or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and branding — is the property of RAW Scents and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
Governing Law & Venue (Texas)
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of Texas.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under Texas law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Changes to Terms
RAW Scents reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the website.

Mandatory Dispute Resolution, Notice & Mediation (Texas)
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your purchase, use of our website, our products, or these Terms & Conditions, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally and in good faith.
Written Notice Requirement
Before initiating mediation or any legal action, the party raising the dispute must provide the other party with written notice of the dispute, including a brief description of the issue and the relief sought. The parties agree to allow at least thirty (30) days from the date of written notice to attempt informal resolution.
Mandatory Mediation
If the dispute is not resolved informally within the notice period, mediation shall be mandatory before either party may file a lawsuit or commence any court proceeding.
Mediation shall be conducted in the State of Texas, at a location mutually agreed upon by the parties, or remotely via video conference if agreed or reasonably necessary. The mediation shall be administered by a neutral mediator selected by mutual agreement of the parties.
The mediation shall take place within sixty (60) days after a mediator is selected, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
Each party shall be responsible for its own attorneys’ fees and costs. The costs of mediation shall be shared equally unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Small Claims Court Exception
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may pursue a claim in Texas small claims court, provided the claim qualifies and remains within the jurisdictional limits of that court. Mandatory mediation is not required for such claims.
Injunctive & Equitable Relief
Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking temporary, equitable, or injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to prevent immediate and irreparable harm.
Governing Law & Venue
If mediation does not resolve the dispute, any legal action shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, and shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Texas, as provided elsewhere in these Terms & Conditions.
